We are in-network with Aetna. If you have an Aetna plan. . .

• You will be responsible only for your per-session co-payment once your deductible (if you have one) is met.

• If your Aetna plan has an in-network deductible, you will be responsible to pay the contracted per-session rate until your deductible is met in full.

• We only accept Aetna’s commercial plans. 

We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. If you have a plan with one of these companies. . . 

• You may have out-of-network benefits that will enable you to be reimbursed a percentage of your fee.

• If you do, we will provide you with a “Superbill” at the end of each billing period that includes all the information your plan requires to process your claim for reimbursement.
